1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Motion Relief ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Motion Relief regarding your use of the Service. We may modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Motion Relief for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
Under this license, you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update any changes to your account information
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. The Free Program, Full Access and Payments
The 14-day training program is free. Creating an account gives you the 14-day training program at no charge. No payment information is required to use it.
Full Access subscription. Full Access is an optional monthly subscription to features beyond the 14-day program. The standard price is $15 per month, or the price shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each month, and you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method at each renewal until you cancel.
Day 3 price. Once you complete Day 3 of the 14-day program, Full Access is available at a reduced price of $9 per month. If you already subscribe at the standard price, your price changes to $9 per month from your next renewal. To keep the reduced price, complete all 14 training sessions of the program within thirty (30) days of the start of your first billing period at the reduced price. If you do not, your price returns to the standard price from your next renewal after that period; if you complete the program later, the reduced price applies again from the following renewal. Cancelling your subscription ends your eligibility for the reduced price, and any later subscription is at the standard price.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the My Plan page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep Full Access until then. Except under the 30-day money-back guarantee below, or as required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not give refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Full Access, email support@motion-relief.com within thirty (30) days of your first Full Access payment and we will refund that first payment in full to your original payment method. No form and no explanation is required. The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first month of your first Full Access subscription, and is void if a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated for that payment.
Price changes. We may change the price of Full Access. We will tell you at least thirty (30) days before a change takes effect, and it will apply from your next renewal after that notice. You can cancel before then if you do not want to continue at the new price.
Earlier one-time purchases. If you bought the 14-day training program as a one-time purchase, you keep Full Access without a subscription, and your purchase remains covered by the terms in section 11.
5. Disclaimer
The materials on Motion Relief are provided on an 'as is' basis. Motion Relief makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Motion Relief does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
6. Limitations
In no event shall Motion Relief or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Motion Relief, even if Motion Relief or a Motion Relief authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
7. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on Motion Relief could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Motion Relief does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Motion Relief may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
8. Links
Motion Relief has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Motion Relief of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

11. Earlier One-Time Purchases
These terms apply only to the 14-day training program bought as a one-time purchase. They do not apply to the free program or to Full Access subscriptions.
Money-back guarantee (one-time purchase). The one-time purchase of the 14-day training program is covered by a money-back guarantee. If you complete the program and do not feel more stable, email support@motion-relief.com for a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method. No form and no explanation is required.
The guarantee runs for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, or thirty (30) days after the travel date you provided during the assessment, whichever is later. This means that if your trip is several months away, the guarantee remains open until after you have travelled and had the chance to find out whether the program worked for you. If no travel date was provided, the thirty-day period runs from the date of purchase.
The guarantee applies once per customer to the 14-day training program and is void if a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated for the applicable purchase. It is separate from, and may not be combined with, the Earn Your Money Back program described below.
Earn Your Money Back program.
The Earn Your Money Back program is a separate, optional promotional offer made available for the 14-day Motion Sickness Resilience™ program only, and is distinct from the money-back guarantee for one-time purchases above. It is not required in order to claim that guarantee. Eligibility requires completion of all sessions within thirty (30) days of purchase, attendance at a fifteen (15) minute check-in meeting scheduled via email, and submission of an honest testimonial if the participant reports satisfaction with the program.
Upon verified completion and satisfaction, the customer may elect either a full refund of the purchase price to the original payment method or an account credit of equal value. The refund or credit will be issued within thirty (30) days of purchase, and only after the check-in and testimonial requirements are completed. This offer is limited to one (1) claim per customer and is void if a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated for the applicable purchase.
Motion Relief reserves the right to verify eligibility, deny claims that do not meet the above conditions, and modify or discontinue the program at any time consistent with these Terms of Service.
